Journey further, discovering hope and wellness along life's path

Hello!
Hello!
I am Davy Rupsch, MSW, LCSW, and I graduated from Western Kentucky University with my Bachelor's degree in Social Work and minor in English in 2005. After graduation, I worked in non-profit at Family Enrichment Center in Bowling Green, conducting parenting classes and supervised visitations. I gained extensive experience in group facilitation, working with parents, grant writing, and child abuse and neglect prevention during my tenure at FEC. In November 2007, I transitioned to Warren Circuit Family Court, serving as the Court Administrator. While working for family court, I graduated with my Master's degree in Social Work from WKU in 2012. I was trained as a family law mediator and gained invaluable experience in administration and the family law system. In 2014, I left family court to pursue my long-time goal of working as a mental health therapist. I finished my licensure process in 2016 under the supervision of Kim Wilson, MSSW, LCSW, and was employed at Wilson Counseling until opening my own practice.

Out-of-Office Engagements
Out-of-Office Engagements
Currently, I serve the Board of Directors for the Barren River Area Child Advocacy Center. I also serve as a part-time faculty member in the WKU Department of Social Work. When not in session or in meetings, I enjoy spending time with my wife and son. I enjoy fishing and all things Disney. Hiking is a favorite activity as well.
